Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium
The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, or Churaumi Suizokukan, is widely known as the best aquarium in Japan. The Ocean Expo Park is centered around it, occupying the former grounds of the 1975 International Ocean Expo in northern Okinawa, Honto. In 2002, it underwent a complete redesign and reopening.
The Kuroshio Tank, which is one of the largest in the world, is what makes Churaumi Aquarium stand out. The name of the tank comes from the warm Kuroshio current, which is a significant contributor to the diverse marine life in Okinawa.
Although giant whale sharks may look like a threat to their surroundings, they are actually peaceful creatures that consume small plankton. It's important to attend to the feeding, which takes place three times a day in the Kuroshio Sea tank. Despite their notoriously difficult to breed, manta rays were able to successfully breed in captivity at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in 2007. The large aquarium tank is currently holding four manta rays.
In addition to sharks, there is also a tank in the aquarium that displays luminous creatures. A stunning outdoor pool is available for viewing dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles.

Asahiyama Zoo
Just outside the central Asahikawa City in Hokkaido, there is a well-known zoological garden named Asahiyama Zoo. Asahiyama Zoo is popular due to its enclosures, which let visitors observe animals from many angles, many of which are only found at Asahiyama Zoo.
The penguin pool has a glass tunnel that allows visitors to view the bird's underwater flight, and small glass domes in the middle of the polar bear and wolf enclosures allow visitors to get close to the animals.
Penguins are a highly sought-after animal at the zoo. The penguin walk in winter is a sight to behold, with the birds waddling outside their enclosures in front of the crowd, like a small army.
The zoo is designed to display animals' natural behavior as a fundamental concept. Seals that have spots dart through the water and dive into a transparent tank known as the Marine Way, while penguins fly above you through aqua tunnels. Polar bears are known for their diving and playing.

Kidzania Tokyo
Finding activities that are child friendly in a foreign country can be a bit of a struggle, particularly if you have multiple children with different interests. For families with children ages 3-15, KidZaina Tokyo is a great place to go.
Each job section in this place is sponsored by real companies. The ice cream company sponsored the ice cream making section, the courier company sponsored the delivery van section, the petrol station was sponsored by a gas/petrol company, etc. The uniforms worn by real-life employees are identical.
If you're not fluent in Japanese, I suggest booking Kidzania for Wednesdays as it's an English day where all staff speak to children. This implies that the staff will have a basic understanding of English to assist you if your child visits on any other day.
This facility allows adults to relax while children get involved in a range of hands-on activities.
