Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum
Hakutsuru is a major sake brewer in Kbe's Nada-gog district, which is considered a major center for sake brewing. The museum presents life-sized dolls that depict the process of sake brewing to preserve the old brewing process and demonstrate the procedure.

Nunobiki Herb Garden
The Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens is one of the largest herb gardens in Japan, boasting roughly. 12 gardens with varying themes have a variety of flowers and herbs blooming from season to season, with around 200 varieties.
The paths wind around the hills and flower beds, and visitors can stroll leisurely while enjoying the colors and scents that convey the season. In addition to the gardens, there are other attractions, such as a restaurant building that is modeled on the Wartburg Castle, a castle in Germany that dates back to the Middle Ages.

Nankinmachi Chinatown
Nankinmachi is a compact Chinatown in central Kobe, which is a center of the Chinese community in the Kansai Region. After the port opened to foreign trade in 1868, Chinese merchants settled near Kobe Port and developed the area.
Nankinmachi is a popular tourist attraction and then you can shop and dining district. The district has two major streets that connect at a small plaza in the center.
There are numerous shops, restaurants, and food stands in these areas that provide popular items like steamed buns, ramen, tapioca drinks, and other Chinese dishes, some of which have been Japaneseized to a certain degree.

Minsei is the Chinese restaurant at Nankinmachi Chinatown. Minsei is a store that has been in Nankinmachi for a long time. Squid tempura is what the restaurant is known for. It is known for being crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. Make sure to order it with beer.
We also recommend ordering fried rice, which is a standard menu item at Chinese restaurants. The soup is included, so be sure to try it for either lunch or dinner.

Kobe Port Cruise

Meriken Park
Meriken Park is a lovely park located on the waterfront near Kobe's port area. The park, which was constructed on an outcropping of reclaimed land, has a grassy lawn and open courtyards that are dotted with modern art installations and fountains.
Some of the city's most iconic contemporary architecture, such as the red Kobe Port Tower and the Kobe Maritime Museum, are located here.
