Chubu Centrair International Airport
Chubu Centrair International Airport, commonly known as Centrair, is located in Tokoname City, about 35 km from the central city of Nagoya. The name Centrair is a combination of the word "center" and "airport." With well-established train connections and highways, access from downtown Nagoya is convenient, both by train and car. The airport features a single terminal, making it easy to navigate and user-friendly. It is a popular hub for budget travel, with many low-cost carriers (LCCs) operating here. Additionally, the airport offers unique facilities such as the "Fu no Yu" hot spring and the aviation-themed "Centrair Sky Museum."
